Our reward program has provided us with a great way for us to thank our customers for shopping with us and has given us a method of giving something back. The system hasn’t been without administrative issues, and these have sometimes detracted from customers experiences in store and via our website.

We are always looking for ways to improve our service and to this end we are implementing the changes below in response to feedback from customers and on the back of an internal review which looked at where staff were finding frustrations. These changes are not being made to save us money, but to improve our service.

  • No more reward points issued in store or online
  • Existing reward points will still be honoured and can be used as normal
  • Dramatic reduction in shipping costs for online purchases
  • Gift vouchers offered instore on most bikes with the benefit of being able to be used on the same day
  • Offers and discounts made available to regular customers. You will be notified about these offers via e-mail
